This is my 2nd time stay at this hotel. The hotel inform me that my reservation was not on their system, then I have to book on the spot in order to stay at the hotel that night. I would appreciate if novotel could at least find out why and try to solve my pending e-voucher hotel with since the payment already deducted from my credit card the day before. I believe novotel have contact person with and could resolve this matter quickly without troubling the guest. I have to pay for new reservation at the hotel and have to contact myself for the refund process. Such a hassle. Then we were allotted an executive suite, after much argument. We could not sleep the whole night as there was a wedding in the hotel and there was a party in the room above. Till 4 am in the morning we were awake and had to threaten to call the police to get them to shut off the music. Unique architecture combined with beautiful Garden in the heart of Surabaya. It is a good asset which another hotel doesnt have. I wish that this beautiful garden can be maintained. The regreneration planning of the trees should be planned. Room is perfect, cleaned and well maintained. I am very happy. A bit problem is in the lobby area. Hope that It can be solved soon.
